My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

As a primary care physician that is board-certified in family medicine for more than 30 years, I have seen many changes in the practice of medicine that constantly challenge the physician to provide comprehensive healthcare. In my pursuit to continue to do that, I have decided to become an MDVIP-affiliated physician. This model will enable me to devote more time to each patient I see and further enhance my commitment to develop a personal health care plan for each patient. I am committed to focusing on preventive medicine with increased attention to developing long term relationships and improved communication. My MDVIP-affiliated practice offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. 

My practice serves the entire Hartford County area, but also draws patients from Baltimore County, Delaware and Pennsylvania. I have a deeply invested interest in diabetes care and research. I also enjoy treating patients with hypertension, cardiac problems, high cholesterol and gastrointestinal issues. As my expertise is family medicine, I am qualified and excited to treat patients of all ages.
