5 weeks ago I had a 5 bypass open heart surgery thanks to god and my medical team I am making good progress all my usual numbers were good but I had blockages I was not aware of but thanks to dr BLACKLOCK and the extra test he ordered I am alive today.
Little did I know that Dr. Blacklock studied at Cooper Hospital in Camden NJ, the hospital I was born in, when I chose him. I was having trouble with my blood pressure when I went over to Glasgow Medical Center, looked at the the list of doctors, closed my eyes and pointed at the board, and put my finger on his name!

I dont have any big exciting stories to tell you. Sometimes the little stories are are the some of the big story. General health is a lot of little stories. How you get your health check up,how your treated when you get sick an how you have some on your team to keep you healthy,
Dr. Blacklock has a genuine concern over the health of his patients. During a recent illness, he called me at home to check on my condition and visited me in the hospital, even though he does not have priveleges. He called ahead to make sure they were on top of my case before I arrived at the hospital. I have complete confidence in him.
I like the less wait time to see the Doctor, the no rush office visits, the more extensive physical exam and the staff is friendly.
Gosh...we have been through so much together, both good and bad times! I like Dr. B because not only is he a great diagnostician, he takes the time to try and see and treat his patients holistically, which I, for one, really appreciate.
I like to joke with him that as a nurse, he can be a pain in the butt, but as a patient, there's nobody else I want to coordinate my care.
