My Philosophy and Approach to Wellness...

As a Family Physician, I want each of my patients to become as physically and emotionally healthy as possible. To accomplish this, I believe my core roles to be the following: 1) To help patients better understand what "being healthy" really means and provide the necessary coaching to achieve their health goals. 2) To make the best use of preventive health services. 3) To help my patients better understand their medical condition so that they can fully appreciate and comply with their individualized treatment plans. 4) To remain a partner and an advocate for my patients during times of more serious illness when hospitalization occurs or when facing a more complicated medical condition. I would like my patients to be comforted in knowing that I will always be there for them in their time of medical need.

Testimonials from patients of Dr. Cader

from Gary in NC March 11, 2020 for Cas M. Cader, MD

I had no idea that the things that I was eating, which the world generally view as healthy, contributed to the reason I was unable to lose weight even with "so called" diet and exercise. Dr. Cader quickly identified key areas of my diet that were contributing to weight gain and borderline insulin resistance. I have not been in since our initial physical (just a little over a month… See more

I am 83 years old and I have never been so impressed by a doctor as I am with Dr. Cas Cader. His knowledge and treatment of persons under his care is, I believe extraordinary. He listens to me. And I know that I have his full attention. In short, he cares about me as a person. His treatment of my ills is always fully and patiently explained. I can give you my take on his stewardship of my… See more

As a patient of Dr Cader when he announced the change to MDVIP, I was a bit skeptical. But at the urging of my wife (an RN), I decided to give it a try. Now in the 3rd year I'm very glad that I did! At quarterly visits to monitor my chronic conditions, test results are reviewed thoroughly & explained in terms that I can understand. He gives regular advice on how to improve my… See more

It is a huge comfort to know Dr Cader is genuinely concerned about my and my husbands health. He is readily available 24/7 365. He has the very best staff who seem to have the patients concerns and interest at heart. They all are efficient and professional as well as welcoming. Dr Cader is certainly in the right profession. We love him.

from Kay in NC March 2, 2018 for Cas M. Cader, MD

I have been going to Dr. Cader for nine years and not once during this time have I been disappointed in him or his staff. He takes his time with each office visit to discuss any problem I may have. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and you do not find this very often. Being a 75 year old I have had several doctors and none seemed to care about me or follow up on problems I had,… See more

My wife and I both elected to keep Dr Cader as our physician when he changed to MDVIP and have not regretted this decision for one second. He fully understands our medical conditions and he and his sraff have never failed to respond to our calls or requests even in the middle of the night. His follow up to conditions and concerns have helped solve problems that hospitalists and surgeons could… See more

I have been Dr. Cader's since before he became an MDVIP. My husband and I are confident and comfortable knowing he is there to help us even when we are not in NC several momnths each year. He has refered me to Dr. Massar in the Dallas area when I needed medical help. Both of us are very impressed with attitude and knowledge. Should we move here permanantly we will become one of her… See more

No one likes to go to the doctor. However, if you have to go, one can only hope it is someone like Dr. Cader. He has been been not only a great doctor but has been a psychologist, a counselor, and a friend. Even before the switch to MDVIP, he always took the time to listen and made me feel I was more than a number or a statistic. I will always be thankful he has been my doctor but more… See more
